Diane is fantastic! I immediately felt really relaxed and comfortable with her, she has a real warmth about her that makes you feel safe and able to talk freely. I always left every session feeling lighter and more confident, and therefore better able to face my fears. I’ve come along way since starting with Diane and will be forever grateful for her help, her kindness, gentle encouragement, and most importantly her unshakeable belief in me.
