Had a great cleaning Dr Harb is awesome and the team is awesome. But the customer service from the lady in the front was horrible. I recently canceled my insurance and they said they could see that I canceled it. Even though they knew i had canceled it they still gave me 3 different x rays that i did not ask for and charged me an additional $102 without even asking me if i wanted them. RecommendedI cannot recommend a dentist as highly as I recommend Diamond Smiles. My dental hygienist Whitney may be the nicest person I've ever met in an office and very calming when I am nervous. Dr. Rousso is great, professional and also funny! Very very considerate in asking if you are in pain or nervous. Once again, this dentist is over and above any other dentist. (I say all this after finding out I have a cavity and need a filling so this is not a fluff piece from a simple cleaning 😂)
