Absolutely shocking customer service. Was text half an an hour before viewing appointment, to be informed the property was sold. Clearly something going on regarding who bids on the property, as I had called twice previously to arrange a viewing but had no call back. Most definitely the worst estate agent experience I've ever come across.
I don’t usually write reviews but I want to warn everyone to be careful when using Diamonds (I specifically dealt with Harry). Harry was extremely misleading and unprofessional. Firstly, it took 4 days to have a conversation with him about a property (I phoned and enquired online multiple times). He said he needed to make some further enquiries so I gave him another week before contacting him again. He said he would get me the answers by the following day but I heard nothing. Really happy with diamonds estate agents-Harry was fantastic from the start really positive, honest and efficient and really helped with pushing the sale through when the solicitors weren't rushing. Definitely recommend them to anyone selling their property.
Me and my partner had two houses to sell and were amazed how quick we had sold signs up! With one selling in a week and the other in two days! The whole process went alot quicker than we could have imagined.
Harry dealt with the sale of my house and from start to finish was very helpful and very professional excellent service 👌
