Got through after 15mins had an appointment in an hour and a half was seen promptly with great care, attention and advice provided. Picked up treatments at chemist and home. All sorted in two and a half hours and I did not put my hand in my pocket - even parking fee was covered. Honestly, where in the world would you get such service.
Obviously a very busy surgery but they seem to manage really well. Recently got an appointment the same day after a short time on hold in the morning. The reception staff are very helpful and the doctors are all knowledgeable and friendly.
Rang at 9am, after a short wait in queue I got an appointment for that afternoon. Receptionists and Dr Hanna were very helpful and friendly.
