Mark & Mario in the service department hands down have the BEST customer service! Wasn't sure what was going on with my Truck, they pulled it in no worries and got me back on the road in a jiffy!!!! Bob Night the GM is great as well! Normally you don't see the GM unless there is a problem, or buying a car...... NOT Bob, he was just strolling the office making sure all Customers were taken care of and happy! Hands down will NOT take my truck anywhere else for service! I also know where I'm getting my new COLORADO!!!

New ownership and management made service much better. Mario was very friendly and knowledgeable on what repairs my vehicle needed, and completed the job before the time promised.
I did a review back in 2015 and I was upset about customer service. They also stopped doing the unlimited car washes they told me about. It was part of the reason I bought my car THERE. They said anytime I want come in to get y car washed I could and it was close to home. I get about the drought and having to stop but then, they supposedly brought it back just recently. Except that its not back how they told me. It's not unlimited, it's only when you get a service done. And thats not what they told me, nor whats in the contr... read more
