Bought a used Chevy Silverado 2013 with only 39k miles on it and it started falling apart 2 months after we drove it off the lot. Of course it was under warranty, but the warranty didn't cover the door not opening and they wouldn't fix it (unless we paid $695.00). Then the rotters were shot, had to fix that. Of course that wasn't covered either. Bought a used car from them, and I feel pretty good about it. I got the car checked out by an independent mechanic, and it's everything they said it was - solid, reliable, and rather nice on the eyes. With all the bad press around the used car business, I was expecting an awful experience, but the folks here were honest, together, and everything that good salesfolks ought to be. Two thumbs up.

I took my 2017 Chevy Malibu in for its first scheduled oil change and I was in and out of there in the time frame they gave me. It would've really cool had they given a complimentary car wash like all the other dealers do?

Had such a great experience buying my Chevy Silverado, I figured my next encounter with Diamond Hills Chevy would be just as good. WRONG! I was conned into buying the most expensive warranty they offer, the salesman explaining it's bumper to bumper and I wouldn't pay a dime! And it's SO convenient because you get a rental car no matter what! Fast forward to today (4 months of owning my truck) and the AC has leaked and flooded my interior.
