Absolutely the worst customer service. The check engine light came on in my 2018 2500hd so I take it in and service tells me they have to order a glow plug it will take 7-10 days and they would call me when the part came in. During this time still go ahead and drive it. Never offered a courtesy vehicle. My truck did not drive well and got horrible MPG during the whole time till it was actually fixed.
