My last 2 visits haven't been good. Yesterday went in for battery check and stated that I also am having a problem with my door locks. I was told that could very well be due to the fact that I needed a new battery. Believed when I left that the lock issue would be resolved. $250 dollars later, I left to go shopping, it was raining cats and dogs, went to car with arms loaded and the remote wasn't working. Wish they would have checked that before I left. Felt unheard and wishing they would've been more thorough.

Great Customer Service, will work with U to get the vehicle U want. Promise of 2 yr XM & Onstar with lease. They ended 1 month later. Can't get ahold of manager. Horrible experience and dishonest customer service.
We paid $1,050 for supposed repairs to our car, that were not performed and for parts that were supposedly purchased and replaced in the vehicle but we're not. I've tried to set up appointment with Bob Knight the service manager but he has not gotten back to me with an appointment or meeting time. We were swindled / duped. We want our money back.
