We purchased a ford flex for your dealership great car.However it didn't come with keyfab so the salesman Don and Sales manager Berry assured us we'll help get a fab,we know the people at Gosch ford. My wife went back couple on days later and spoke with Don,he said a couple more days.He called me and said Gosch will sale you two fans and program for 675$ but our guy here lock Smith will do it for 150 per fab,so I asked does that include programming, I'll check and call you back.still waiting that was Wednesday It's just sad ... read more

Went in looked at 1500 Silverados told my sales person I did not want a V6 and saw a silver one and it was night so couldnt read moroney sticker where it said V6 after I bought it and its a 4X4. I try calling and all I get are voicemails and no one to call me back. Not good when you have questions and still waiting for my tags 5 weeks later.
