Definitely not what I would expect from a Chevy dealer, or any new car dealership. Their service department has let me down one too many times. My wife had gone in the past to receive an oil change and ended up stranded on the freeway, with my children, in their shuttle that ran out of gas. They were there for over an hour and my wife was scared for her and my kids safety with traffic buzzing past. Decided to do an oil change after Diamond hills did one for me last time. How nice of them to leave the drain bolt loose so I wouldn't even need a wrench.
