I have been using Dial-One for my last two repairs on my AC home unit.They are always on time and very professional. The technicians have been very knowledgeable and repair all issues in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this buisness to anyone. I would also like to add that this company is very honest.
I have been using Dial-One Mears for the past 3 years and have received sterling service each time! My technician, Richard, was able to come even earlier than I had hoped and did a great job. He explained everything he did and offered some options to improve my air conditioning system and to avoid problems in the future. I most highly recommend!

Sending accolades out to Dial One for having Nathaniel J as part of their team. From the moment he walked into my home, his politeness, professionalism and knowledge base spoke volumes. He's truly the man for the job! I've had a couple other guys to service my system before but neither could compare with Nathaniel so I personally would choose to have him service my system if work is ever needed again.
Adam and Clarence were great! But I also want to mention the first person I talk to when I first called who was friendly and helpful and scheduled my apt the same day. I received a quote from another company and felt they were taking advantage and I was right. I am so glad I called Dial One Meads. I saved $1,600 by using this company for the exact same unit.
