Dial One Mears has come out for the past several years for my air conditioning tune-up. The techs are extremely thorough and do a great job. They are always very polite and take their time to explain everything. Also, the office staff is very friendly on the phone, and they respond to e-mails quickly.
Dial One - Mears responded quickly and were able to fix my air conditioner right away. They explained everything that was needed and didn't try to 'oversell' me. The technicians were very polite and professional.I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Dial One-Mears was on a preferred list of SRP vendors years ago and I have used them ever since. Their annual maintenance plan is a great price and I love that they send marketing pieces to remind you it's time for a check-up. Very pleased with the service I received from the time I made the call for the appointment until the technician was completed with the service. This is a top notch organization.
Adam and Shane were great. Installation was quick and efficient. System checked out and everything was good. Had a problem connecting thermostat to wi-fi but Honeywell instructions were very lacking and sources referenced were useless. . After 30 min I told them I would figure it out instead of running around in circles. After much searching on internet I finally found good instructions and wi-fi connection was made. Too bad Honeywell doesn't make information a little easier to get.
This is a great small business that provides excellent service. Their technicians are all highly competent.
