We had a great experience with Dial an Appliance. We called on Wednesday night and they had a service man out the following day. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix our appliance right away as they needed to order a specific part. We rescheduled for the following Monday. Not only were they efficient in their booking, but they arrived within the appointment window (both times). Our technician was very friendly and completed the job very quickly. Overall, we are very happy with their service and highly recommend them

This business was hired by Coast Appliances after another one messed up the delivery twice (broke a dishwasher and then dented the replacement after about 1.5 weeks of waiting). Needless to say I wasn't happy with them but this one came in, replaced the dented door on the dishwasher and also fixed the salt sensor. I didn't catch the tech's name but he was very quick, kind, and professional. Also didn't leave a mess behind. Very great work. Would recommend for appliance installation. Great job! Big thumbs up from me!
I bought a new dishwasher. Kevin came over for the installation. He was polite, fast and efficient; he actually did a few things that I would say is extra, like utilize part from my old dishwasher. He tested my dishwasher, making sure it was working fine before he left. I would say I had a good experience with Kevin.
Service tech did an amazing job showed up on time left when the appliance was working resident is very happy
