Dr. Richards is very good with Mom today. He and the staff are great!
Lora Hailey takes her time with mom and is super informative. At the end of the day it is nice to know that you have a medical professional who treats your mother as a person and not rushing her out of the room or shrugging her off. Mom has always gotten total attention from Lora and staff.
My mother was seen in a timely manner for her Echo. All the employees were so kind.
This was my second visit here in the past two years and have been impressed on both occasions. On today's visit I encountered "Chatty Charlie" in the waiting room and could not wait until I was called back to start the business at hand. During my initial procedures I could hear "Chatty Charlie" in the adjacent room talking to the nurse and I knew I didn't want to have to endure him for possibly 4 hrs. so when they were ready to move me I specifically asked that I not be in the same room with "Chatty Charlie" and they were mo... read more
