Absolutely awful NHS 111 Experience. Most of the Work is outsourced to DHU in the Midlands. They are a company whom clearly don't know how to deal with healthy people let alone ILL patients. Zak was polite. Yet Diana was Rude. And, Sukjinder she was extremely rude and made a Racist remark. All my calls are recorded. Absolutely disgusting from NHS to outsource work to Cowboy company's. 111 should be ashamed, prescriptions via automated systems and these people are supposed to be "Trained", how hard is it to get a prescription during bank holidays? The absolute worst place to work. Would not recommend working for this company AT ALL! After being off work with covid 2 times they deducted £1000 out of my pay over 2 months putting me into debt after not being able to afford to pay my bills. They have now sent 2 letters to my address saying I need to pay them £100 for leaving the company! & not only that receiving an email this morning to say they ‘overpaid me’ for the hours I worked & that I need to send it them over immediately.
