Saw good things about this online so decided to go here for a 10inch screen upgrade and a steering wheel. One of the buttons on the steering wheel didn’t work properly so I just wanted a refund for it, they weren’t very happy about it and just wanted me to take it and to come back another day to get it fixed. I had a Halo dash cam installed by DHStyling about two weeks ago. They completed the installation and simply told me it was done. When I asked how it works, they said they only handle the fitting and advised me to contact the Road Angel support team for setup or usage. However, they did not provide a serial number or an invoice, and now Road Angel’s customer service is asking for those details. Without them, I can’t register or get support for the product.
