Chris came out to us within 30 mins when our very old boiler started leaking. He installed a new boiler very quickly at a very reasonable price. He left no mess and was very patient with our dog who was rather obsessed with him :) Thanks Chris, we are so happy with the new boiler and the hot water pressure is now better than we could have imagined!
I went through hometree when purchasing my new boiler in March 23, they then had Chris install it and the whole experience was very good overall. Chris has since been back to carry out the yearly service and went above and beyond to get my boiler back online since I’d changed the router and was unable to reconnect it. He also called the viessman UK HQ to confirm that they could then monitor my boiler performance then also. I would definitely recommend DHR and will continue to use going forward.
New Viessmann boiler installed. Clean, quick response and excellent workmanship. Very pleased.
