Had been waiting for a parcel to be delivered and no knock no calling card nothing then to be sent all the way back to here, it's so hard to contact anyone about it

Waited in all morning for a delivery, got notified they had attempted to deliver but I wasn’t in. No buzzer call no door knocked just the website notification. When I chased it up through the sender they were told that the driver had gone to the wrong address but couldn’t come back because they were too far away (in a van mind you, not exactly trekking it on foot across the East Midlands) and so I had to reschedule delivery for next week. Beyond useless.

Appears impossible to actually contact anyone to speak to , just a useless unhelpful automated system that cuts you off after claiming they had tried to deliver but got no answer, this has occurred 2 days running and I know this is wrong as I was at home on both days all day! Wish I could give a no star review but system won't let me. I don't like being lied to , first delivery attempts (Thursday)was due between 11 and 12 but claimed they tried to deliver at 18.15, second delivery attempts(Friday)due between 15.30 and 16.30 ... read more

I don't really believe this company is worth even the 1 star I have given them. Item was supposed to be with me on Tuesday, didn't show up, I tracked and was told it would be Wednesday, again a no show, tracked today and told it will be today. I have spoken to the supplier and they have contacted DHL and the item has been 'lost'... Not sure how that works really, a £400 item has just been lost..
