My parcel (A large 35KG box) - has been sitting at my local depot (Tunbridge Wells depot) since Saturday, it should of been delivered Monday but was 'delayed' to Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and there is now no update at all? No idea what is going on as this is supposed to be next day delivery - I will now be taking further action by contacting the CEO / head office. Extremely poor service
The lady in reception was very helpful and friendly and she and a colleague brought out my packages to the car and loaded them for me.
