Made appointment but nearer the time no one turned up so i rang them and they they said it had been cancelled the day before by themselves. I had no idea it had been cancelled no one informed me. I paid a man with a van £70 to come to transfer my cooker to another address and he was here waiting. The receptioist told me to check my voicemails. I told her i have had no phone call or voicemail to let me know. What a waste of time and i have lost £70. I will never reccomend this electrician to anybody.
