The lady checking at TSA was not customer friendly at all just smart mouth even when you ask a question. No reason to be nasty when you dealing with customers. Just nasty
Have to fly through this place pretty frequently, and Southwest has gone downhill. We were forced out of line (B group - not like we forgot to check in) to check roller bags for no reason other than the person didn’t like us (I guess?) She bullied us out of line even though there was plenty of overhead room on the plane and C group boarded with theirs fine… and they gave up our place in line during the time they forced us to check bags…. if you managed the customer service desk during flight 1880 on 8/15, you should be fired... read more
