Very helpful young lady answered my question about sofa I am wishing to buy
Absolutely no customer service. Recliner sofa delivered to elderly disabled parents, with NO cables. Alerted gead office who assured Lincoln would call me that day. They didn't. I went to Lincoln shop and they , "found" the missing cables and sent me back to fit them myself. They were the wrong cables. I took a photo of the connection and returned to the shop. Great store very friendly staff
We went in to narrow down our shortlist and to see the sofas we’d seen online, in person, and both El (sorry if I’ve spelt that wrong!) and another female colleague were very informative, non pushy and just gave excellent info and advice on each of the ranges we were looking at. They were perfectly happy for us to go home and make our decision without pushing for a sale there and then.
