My brother needed to buy furniture quickly and spotted a lovely sofa, coffee table, etc in dfs. But instead of being able to buy straight away he would have to wait up to ten weeks for them to make another one for him! Why cant we just buy from the store? The store was completely empty, the staff sitting around doing nothing. I'm not surprised! Ten weeks is ridiculous! Off to John Lewis with my money. Sigh.
Izabella at DFS in High Wycombe was absolutely amazing while helping me choose a sofa. I spent nearly 3 hours in store trying to decide, and she was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made the whole experience so much easier and enjoyable. Customer service like hers is rare-thank you, Izabella.
Irene was really attentive. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us and asked us what we are looking for. We had a sofa in mind but weren’t sure what colour or finish we wanted and had no intention of buying anything there and then. Irene was really knowledgeable and advised us on colours and styles based on the aesthetic we were going for, and we became confident on our choice and purchased it on the day. I’m so happy with the sofa we have chosen and can’t wait to see it in our living room.

Nice store and staff but badly let down by suppliers. Paid for an order of 5 items and sorted delivery date around work. Now date has changed and goods coming over three dates. They say another person can be here if I can't, but who? Company who will being table will dump and run leaving me to deal with rubbish and put it together, but I could call customer service and they MIGHT be able to send someone to do it, thats four days I have to be in, but it SHOULD be free!
