RecommendedI have had Dewey Pest Control for about 9 months now. Our Service Technician Jason Wallis, is the absolute best. Very professional, courteous, always asks if we have any problems with pest inside our home or garage. He is very thorough and detail oriented. Always leaves his card in case we have any problems between service and always advises us if he notices any problems area's that may need our attention. I am very happy with Mr Wallis service and highly recommend Jason Wallis and Dewey Pest Control.

I called to cancel my service back in May and since they have not come out for service and now was just told that they have no record of me cancelling my service and that the request has to be I. Writing which they conveniently failed to notify me when I called back in May yo cancel the service, this seems to be a scam so they can keep billing customers for services not rendered.
Honest and reliable service, highly recommended
Anthony does a very great job for myself and my husband he has been by far the best tech very polite and punctual we have never had any problems since he has been our Tech

My mother in law has been “receiving” monthly service from Dewey going on a year now. Despite us having security cameras that can prove they haven’t been spraying, they refuse to refund her for services that she has not received. Today was the final straw, however. We were sitting in the living room and saw the pest truck pull up to our house at the usual “time” they claim to come spray. The Lancaster Dewey Pest Control’s costumer service is amazing and Victor did a great job at explaining what he was going to do and letting us know when everything was done and when it was safe to go back home.
