Dewey pest control in Salida CA has a huge communication issue. We bought a years service at a discount, paid in full, because they were already going to be in the area the following day. They didn't show or call. I called and left a message which was returned the following morning with the excuse of the dates were changed to the following day on their copy. I signed a contract in San Francisco for three visits at $300. The technician come once to my restaurant snd never returned. They charged me the full $300. I never saw the technician again and even after complaining they did not offer me a refund or restitution. Such a scam!

I have had dewey for 6 months now.since I moved to Anaheim. My technician Alvin is awesome!! Last month the ants invaded my kitchen. I called and Alvin came out the same day and after looking around informed me my tree is touching house and they are using it to get to my waffles!! He treated and I’ve been good since. Obviously I am important to Dewey because next day asst manager Pete called to check on me and the next day a manager Jeff Anderson called to follow up. What great service!!!!
I can definitely say the customer service here is amazing! All the gals that cover the appointments are amazing. Very personable and upfront. As for the technicians they are fantastic. Jeff Anderson the branch manager is very detailed with his work and explainations of things. I would definitely recommend him/them for any pest control problem to anyone

Dewey pest control is an awesome company. Courteous and friendly service. Never had a problem with them. Technician Alex is great. Always asking how everything is going. Never forgets to let me know to call him with any concerns or problems that may come up.
