The worst pest control ever!! We have John and he has told me many times how he just bypasses my house. He’s been here 1 time and we have been customer for 6 months now! I just got a text message from him for Burt letting him know that he will be out tomorrow ... my name not Burt. I want out of this contract NOW with no fees or anything! And if I don’t you will be hearing from my lawyer! We had to sprayed our own house because they don’t do the job! I have messages to prove everything!
I finally cancelled their service after several issues. Today's visit was the last straw. 2 Technicians came and basically spent 5 minutes. One technician sprayed for ants to 1/2 of my front yard and the other person brushed ONE front bay window and then both of them stayed in their truck for 10 minutes and drove off. The cost is $400 annually for 4 visits so this "service" cost me $100. I have video proof of above. This is the truth/ no exaggeration. To say I am shock is an understatement.
the worst customer service and don't live up to their word. Would NOT RECCOMEND! go with literally anyone else.

We live in Bakersfield, Ca, recently we change to Dewey Pest Control after a nice man stopped by our house and told us about Dewey. Our first service was 8/8/19. Felipe did a wonderful job. Never had cobwebs removed like this before, will let others know just how great the service was.
Awesome ending ! Dewey addressed my frustrations asap! Gentleman was back around noon and went above and beyond !! im very grateful !! he explained alot to me , and kept me informed! 10000 percent happy:) thanks guys !
