This is my 1st experience having the need to call a pest control company and I have to say I have been nothing but pleased. Customer service started with Jose coming to my rescue with a knock on my door Telling me about Dewey. I was sold even more when speaking to Grace in the office to make some changes on my appointment. I work for a different company I'm the local area. And I have to say this company is very professional all of their technicians seem to be extremely friendly around town throwing up there hand for a nice gesture and wave during the work days.

I was visiting my mom at the time Tony Palacios came for the monthly service call in Santa Ana, CA. I can't commend Tony and Dewey Pest control enough! You have an amazing employee, one who provides excellent service, is friendly and professional! Even Mom's dog fell in love with Tony!

Tony!! my favorite pest control technician... Tony always calls the day before to remind me of my service date....as I have an in-home child care business the service can only be done on Saturday... He answers all my questions which are many, and puts my mind at ease..he is well versed in his business and clearly explains the products that he uses, their safety to dogs and children. He is always well spoken and professional. Thanks again Tony!!

How do you describe excellence...? 3 words, Dewey Pest Control. I have been on service for 6 months now and I have to say that service gets better and better each time. My Technician always calls the day before, answers all of my questions and I do not see bugs anymore. If you live in the Bakersfield Area and you need a pest service who can deliver results, I highly recommend this company.

I would just like to say that I am very very happy with Dewey Pest Control in Bakersfield, CA. Eric who is now the manager was my technician for years. I followed him from a few different companies and although he is no longer my technician he still calls me to see how my service is going and answers any questions I have. I know I can depend on him and his staff to take care of me and my home.They are the best in Kern County and I would not have any other company service my home.
