RecommendedAt first, I wasn't going to recommend Dewey because my rental home has had a roach issue from the day we moved in almost a year ago until now. They've had a few technicians come out and do half-ass jobs. Just when I was at my limit, John from Hanford gave me a call. Not only is he super friendly, he explains everything and does his job thoroughly as well. After one spray with him, I've seen more results than the 2-3 times I've had others spray. Thank you John for being awesome!

Customer service in front office is poor. They never know what I’m talking about when I call to schedule an appointment and have failed to come out for scheduled appointments. They do not note anything as I always have to explain when I need the same service as the last visit. No more for me. I want my dues back for services not performed.

Salesmen from Dewey are knocking on doors in the Imperial Valley talking lies about other pest control companies. They told me that the Corderos are no longer the owners of Pestmaster Services to try to get me to switch and that is a lie. Don't try to get customers by spreading lies and misinforming people. The Corderos have built a loyal customer base for over 30 years by providing excellent customer service and affordable prices and continue to. Don't believe Dewey's lies and inform yourselves before making a decision.
