They are not using masks when speaking to customers during this pandemic. When I asked the technician to put one on when speaking to me the response was no and then he ignored me and wanted to speak to my husband. Supervisor refused to call me back, instead calling my husband. When I called to cancel the operator was as rude as everyone else that works there. I am seriously shocked at how rude they are toward their customers. So many pest companies to choose from, don’t choose Dewey.

highly disappointed. I was supposed to have my service done today and nobody showed up or called. they were quick to take my credit card info yesterday though.

They don't answer the phone and they never return your call!
We are very pleased with the service we have received from Dewey Pest Control - we had a terrible and ongoing problem with ants until we got help from Dewey (Mr. Luis Alvarez in the San Diego office is a genius when it comes to ant control - and he goes out of his way to provide the best possible service). Thank you!

The rep quoted me at the wrong price. Quoted me @ $40 each visit. I got a call later telling me that it was going to be $80 each visit. I called corp and they gave me the run around. same with SD office. So im going to end up paying $210 for 10 minutes of spraying. What a scam.
