Opening times are different to the Google maps listing. Very rude receptionist, had twice approached her to make an enquiry about something GP has asked me to and her attitude was disgraceful and very unprofessional. I also heard receptionist talk over the phone to other patients and the way she spoke to them was disgustingly rude. These phone calls should be monitored by the HR and staff must be trained appropriately!

It’s absolutely ridiculous how difficult it is to get an appointment these days, especially for parents with children. The NHS and GP services keep saying they care about families, but when you actually need help, there’s no availability. You ring in the morning, wait in a queue, only to be told there are no appointments left — and hospitals aren’t much better. It feels like parents and their kids are being completely ignored. Very disappointing

I used to think this medical centre was very good. The receptionists were always very helpful. But it has changed. The receptionist with accent today acted as if she was there to educate the patient over the phone. She needs more training on how to speak to patients properly.

Didn't even warrant a review worst doctor l have ever attended liars rude they haven't got a care about any one or any thing l left 5 years ago and am suffering with more mental health than l had when l joined the practise for a short time discusting how people are treated keep away

It's a very bad Gp At all I've been calling for a week to get an appointment for wife she is a pregnant they still say we don’t have appointment that’s no fair … They have no responsibility . I suggest no one register there .
