This is an italian company who do not care. We bought a very expensive bath. After a few years we have a crack and a flooded bathroom with tons of damage. Apparently the material used does not deal well with hot water! So it cracked. No customer follow up, no response to queries, no warranty and we have been told that we need to buy from them a new one. AVOID THIS BRAND. Atrocious customer service. Our bath tub delivered in pieces! (see photo). It was delivered 4 weeks ago, still no replacement from Devon & Devon despite pleas that delays to the project are incurring us costs with our builder. No responsibility has been taken by Devon and Devon. They are breaching our consumer rights (confirmed by citizens advice bureau) however this does not seem to be of concern to the directors. Very disappointing, would avoid in future. Zero stars.
The Devon&Devon showroom have just supplied me with some beautiful tiles; really good advice and easy transaction. Can't wait to see them laid!
Never work with them again. Ordered and pre paid, wanted to deliver a wrong product and didn’t accept return. Eventually they didn’t even deliver the wrong product. Hope these people go out of business soon - worst customer experience we had for a long time
