Wow used to be a good surgery - turns out now you have to chase uour own test reults despite the fact the centre which carried out the tests has sent them out again and its been weeks. Husband is at his wits end - surely this isnt the job of the patient. Receptionists don't seem proactive. Terrible - dont get ill.
Shocking GP, you'll be healthier staying away....where do I start. A temp doctor nearly caused my daughter an overdose when prescribed an adult dose of medication for her. Still awaiting the response to our complaint. Also haven't referred my daughter multiple times for specialist treatment. Have had to chase them every time. Can never get an appointment. Told to book appointments online via econsult but the online service is never functional. I could keep going but you can see the trend here.
Very bad surgery diabetic nurse always running late and when asked the reception she just said she it always late and laughed about it they took me of my b 12 said I didn't need it and told me to go and buy it from a chemist I v gone back to my old doctors now and they have put me back on it this is a very bad surgery
Phoned for my mum who is 88 years old. Got very high blood pressure over 200. Also falling over because of this. Was told doctor will get back to me as it is serious nothing. Now she has fallen again and is in pain from the fall.
Daughter needed to see GP she was extremely unwell, called the surgery I wait 26 minutes for someone to answer the phone, I drove to the surgery with my phone connected on loud speak to arrive at the surgery to find 3 receptionists sitting in the back office of reception one complaining her hayfever was bad, one consoling her and another shuffling some papers about.
