Avoid. Inspite John promised to sort the drainage when putting the resin on the driveway, this was not done, and he used subcontracted guys to do the job. Our garage has since then water inside when raining, puddles standing on top of the resin, weeds showing up. Having guarantee does not help either because he is avoiding further contact, or coming up with excuses why he cannot come back to us. It's been many months now. It was an expensive mistake to hire him. Escalating it to trade standarts.

Fantastic service! I was looking to get a patio installed, John was terrific: he took me through the available options and was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. He quoted me exactly what I was prepared to pay, and his team of guys (not subcontractors) were amazing too. I'm absolutely delighted with my resin patio, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
As mentioned below, the salesman who apparently owns the company was only around for the sale, after that, never seen again. Left to a team of pretty careless guys. Work done to a poor standard. Have WhatsApped, called and emailed. Nobody will respond. I had a resin garden done and had immediate issues which were ignored, now 12 months later I have weeds growing through and holes fully through the resin. Low quality at high price. 100% would not recommend.
Really pleased with our drive and John did not use sub contractors, he has his on team that he regularly supervisors and is very quick to respond and deal with any queries.
