The worst group of people you could come by! After several encounters with them, they love to take advantage of single women. Firstly they left a hole in my roof with insulation hanging down and refused to cover it (until a male requested the same outcome) then they just put a piece of wood they found in the skip over it. Shocking company, shouldn't be operating as a Management company, would be no stars, but not an option! Fortunately we managed to get from under their control, but at a cost! Next step will be going to court to get our funds back. Disgusting how we have been treated. For info Fred Stinson left the company months ago due to DBM's dodgy dealings, not Fred's I might add.
There appears to be quite an influx of positive reviews over the last few months which I find quite unconvincing. Not sure who Fred Stinson is, he seems to be getting a lot of praise of late, but I really wish he was running the show at our property! DBM are consistently unprofessional, show a lack of care concerning maintenance issues with even the basics not being done eg. communal cleaning, window cleaning.
