Dr. Datta is a terrific guy I was very pleased with his surgery on my neck. As outlined in other criticisms it is the operations of his office that is befuddling. I had 4 appointments cancelled in a two month window, some where I had to change a flight return date to get home from work and spend thousands of dollars only to have it canceled on me again when I came home to get to the initially rescheduled appointment. I sent 5 letters, made 4 calls and no one bothered to respond/reschedule me!
Datta has nice bedside manner, but every single thing else with his practice is terrible. I've never waited less than an hour and a half beyond my appointment time to see ANY doctor or PA on staff, and frequently longer. He's impossible to get an appointment with, either, and when I did finally get in to see him for two minor procedures, he was over an hour late showing up at the office, so even though I was the first patient of the day, I STILL waited over an hour. buh-bye.
