Dr Datta is not very nice. Blamed the American economy on disabled people like myself. Said 'people like me are ruining the country'. I had 7 herniated or bulging discs. I needed temporary disability from my job when I was facing potential surgery. He agreed to help fill out the paperwork. Next appointment though he read me the riot act and had zero regard for the Hippocratic Oath. Lead to a suicide attempt. Came to him for help but was treated terribly. My wife had 3 neck vertebrae fused by Dr. Datta. The bones collapsed due to osteoporosis and pain intensified. The doctor later implanted a pain stimulator in her body. It offers a good quality of pain relief. Nothing will be 100%, but this is very helpful.Dr. Datta is highly rated and recommended, our experience with the office staff was agony. He is wonderful with my son. Makes him feel at ease before surgery. Keeps us updated through procedure.
After seeing PAs at this office for over a year and 3 injections with no results I was partnered with Dr. Datta. It took over 2 months just for a consult and when he finally came in the room where I had been waiting for an hour, he seemed like he couldn't be bothered. I was turned off with that but had been going through major pain for over a year and been seen by several different physicians and just needed a solution. It's been over 5 months now with no results. It’s been since 2018 since I seen Dr.Datta, he did a neck fusion, my second surgery. My first surgery he did a dissection and put a cage in my neck. I could not feel my fingers on my right side for years and I was literally losing mobility in my right arm and fingers among other places. He did an amazing job and is a very caring doctor. I had to have a second surgery because of bone loss and my cage was falling, he was not going to be taking my insurance anymore, but he got me in to do the surgery before that took affect. Dr Datta is the best the one and only one I would recommend everyone to he knows what he is doing and knows exactly where the pain is and goes right to it he is just the best Dr Datta gave me my life back I could never thank this fantastic Dr enough for helping me and really truly cares about his patients

My husband had been dealing with Dr Data’s office for nearly a year. He had several procedures without much success. He left several messages for the doctor and the PA but never got a response to what the next step would be. We finally went elsewhere!
For the past year I have been in continuous pain. Surgery in December 2021, not what we expected, very short lived relief. after months of pain, procedure in November 2022, no relief at all! Back on the patient hamster wheel of seeing every single PA with no results. I like the doctor, however as I see it, he does many surgeries but no follow-up with his patients.
