The staff are absolutely lovely, they really are, via phone calls and at reception, really caring people. We had to put down our 4 year old cat today because she swallowed something she shouldn't and caused a blockage. It cost £700 to get a blood test, x-ray and put her on a drip just to diagnose what was wrong. It was then going to be a further £2000 for an operation to remove the foreign object, an operation she may not survive. Visited for the first time and had a lovely visit. Lots of space inside which helps when you have a dog . From the receptionist to the vet ,they made me and the pooch very welcome . Consultation was very thorough and issue was well explained . Was nervous due to being first visit , my dog is a total mummy's boy , bur all fears soon disappeared .Relaxed atmosphere ,it was a pleasure and would highly recommend.

No out of hour vet on call , have to travel to Aberdeen from turriff , to Ardeans , £340 up front fee before we get to the door ,lost my dog at 10pm . Atrocious service
