We have had two Pura white toilet seats, Ref: S1076SCOR Both these seats have become discoloured . Looking to replace this seat with a wooden (Oak?) self closing seat. Have tried numerous bathroom showrooms no luck with the size required. Any Help

Ordered and paid for some parts for my faulty shower, spoke to a chap called Scott who was very helpful was told that they will be sent out next business day. Received only one of the 8 parts that I ordered. Called in spoke to the most unhelpful lady ever who told me the items were out of stock. Asked her when I could expect them her answer was "I don't know" I asked her approximately her answer was "don't know cant tell you" and did I know that we are in a middle of pandemic. Serious customer services training required.

Paid for an item waited 4 weeks no delivery. Customer service response was item was out of stock but now have stock. Further 4 weeks no delivery. Called up again, and was told they had missed my order off. Another week passes by. NO DELIVERY!

They are great people and have great attitude towards their customers, i needed parts after 8 years of buying their shower , they sent me everything i asked for free and where charged was half of market price for same part, and they are excellent to deal with, buying their products means years of care and quality.
