Extremely pleased with how the guys adjusted my bike and re-wrapped the handle bars for a very good price. James was very friendly and I must say although I didn’t have a cake and a coffee they looked delicious. Maybe next time thanks guys.
Stopped in here and was impressed right away. The coffee is strong, fresh, and exactly what you want to start your day. They’ve also got a solid selection of quality bikes and gear, which makes it a unique place to shop and grab a drink in one go. Dolly, the waitress, was friendly, quick, and knew her stuff—she recommended the house blend, and it hit the spot. Service was fast, and the atmosphere was relaxed without feeling pretentious. If you’re into coffee, bikes, or both, this place is worth a visit.

We had a frustrating experience at Destination Bike/Boxhill Coffee Shop. We arrived just before opening, hoping to grab a coffee, but the employee inside was incredibly rude. When I politely asked if they were about to open, they snapped at me through the door, acting like I was a bother. The shop hadn’t even started its day, yet the attitude was already sour. It left such a bad taste that we won’t be returning.
I had a problem with my Campagnolo EPS front derailleur not working. I found Destination Bikes details from the Campagnolo website as they are an approved service and sales specialist. The team at Destination Bikes promptly resolved the shifting problem. I was particularly impressed when James, despite my suggestion that the bottom bracket might require replacement due to extensive use, assured me it was in good condition.
