It was spacious and neat. Everybody enjoyed and satisfied. One thing is that the booking team's communication experience is not a good.
We've stayed at Black Diamond Lodge a couple times and absolutely loved it! Gorgeous cabin with a hot tub on the deck. As soon as we walked in we knew that it would be a fantastic weekend and we would be returning for more vacations. It's a very family friendly cabin and even has a foosball table. We would recommend this cabin to anyone.
Loved the Morningstar Cottage!!! It was perfect! the perfect cabin for people with Kids and pets. The house was kid friendly and the backyard was completely fenced off! We were walking distance to trail heads and less than a mile from the village. We could not have a more enjoyable time!
These folks are great . Very accommodating . The cabin we are staying in is very nice . This is our 2nd time using Destination Big Bear and I am so pleased with the way we are treated and their concern for our happiness . We will be using the for many years to come . The whole process is so easy . Thank you Destination Big Bear !!!
Recently stayed at the "Great Escape". Basically a homeowners unfinished remodeling project. Additionally, tears in couches, plaster falling off walls in bathrooms, broken TV remotes, etc. really enhance the vacation experience. So not cool. Complained to DBB and was at first told they were "unaware" of the unfinished status of the home. Later, told the owner was a contractor and that there might be a couple things still needing to be done. This homeowner has ruined the charm of this home with cheap unfinished lumber.
