I had the pleasure of working with this company to book a stay in July 2016 and it was phenomenal! Cabins are actually cabins, they are very clean and well maintained! Customer service was exceptional even at the height of a busy holiday weekend! Ally was absolutely one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever encountered! I say this with conviction as I know that I can be a picky customer. I have tried to use other rental services in Big Bear but Destination Big Bear is much, much better than the rest!
Great customer service. Fast respond. Our cabin wasn't clean as it should off been. The manager offered to clean up. Because of timing we asked to change. He upgraded our cabin and we had a great upgrade. Thank u!
We rented Grand View Manor and loved everything about it! All the amenities you could need, awesome view and great location. Great experience with Destination Big Bear staff also! We have rented several homes in Big Bear with several different rental companies since 2006. BBD was be far the easiest to work with and cleanliest rentals!
