My family and I stayed at the Boulder Bay Lakeviews house . The views were Breathtaking! I can also say Tristian of DB was very professional and all the staff catered to our needs & request. They definitely aim to please!

Very disappointed with your lack of professionalism to CANCEL WITH NO RESSON a reservation done 3 weeks ago. my family from Mexico spend already tickets and expenses to spend our holidays and this was a SHOCK and when calling to get an answer this was denied and rubber in your face that you have a CANCELLATION POLICY... very unreliable to use you as a choice to do any reservation in the future
This was my first AirBnb/Vacation booking and the staff at Destination Big Bear made me feel like a pro! This will not be my last trip to Big Bear Lake. The Whispering Bear Lodge had everything we needed and then some!
Booking and checking in was easy. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and most willing to be helpful. Log Cabin was comfortable meeting all our needs. The dogs lived the deck and Hugh backyard. We will be coming back. Also the location was perfect. We could walk to the village.
We were very pleased with the property we stayed. We were initially going to book for cabin but I didnt like the reviews. And we didnt want to stay in a hotel room. Honestly, my daughter found your site and the very home/property we stayed in. Checking in was easy, checking out was easier. When we walked into the home, we were all blown away. Extremely pleased.
