Said they could help and then change their mind and not even bother writing to me about it. Completely emotionally cold people. Used up high end legal aid. And I’m Left looking for other solicitors after sever abuse suffering I was handled with no compassion or time. I was accidentally found a good barrister but would not credit this firm for it. It was pure coincidence she and my social worker were the true hero’s.
