Ordered a sofa and paid £50 deposit on the 7th feb. Sofa still has not arrived and they are being very difficult with me. I have kindly asked for a refund as I have been more than patient and now they are ignoring the phone calls and messages.

SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not part with money. Also trade as We Make Beds. Made a purchase for a bed which was apart from being completely different to the images on their site blood soaked! Beaten up and stained. Bed was most likely scarp or used from elsewhere then sold on. Will be returning the bed in person as they do not answer calls, emails or text.
I wasn't sure seeing the reviews but after visiting them physically it was good experience shopping with them. Thank you
Terrible customer services. No replies to telephone number or WhatsApp messages, I had to threaten to report them to my bank to get my order. Just checked the headboard and it hasn't got the studs on the sides like the one advertised, trying to contact them again with no success. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - DREADFUL EXPERIENCE AND DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
