Strongly suggest avoiding. We had a genuinely unacceptable experience with DesignerSofa, especially considering we spent over £7,000. The sofa was delivered incomplete, with the feet missing and only arriving more than a month later. This left us with an unfinished sofa over the entire Christmas period. For a company positioning itself as premium, this level of service is indefensible. More concerning is their refusal to take responsibility.
