Trish was excellent. Not pushy, but helpful when we needed it, great member of staff.
We bought 2 recliner armchairs and a sofa from the Gateshead Metrocentre store. Marc helped us choose which ones best suited our requirements from the huge range on display. He was extremely helpful and professional. The furniture purchased is so very comfortable and stylish too. Very happy with our experience and would use this company again
Amazing service from Leigh she was patient, understanding and full of knowledge, amazing quality leather price are very very good would recommend Leigh for employee of the month .
To cut a long story short we ordered our sofa 13-02-2025 and it was delivered toward the end of April. Unbeknown to us at the time it was assembled incorrectly and didn't quite look right. We voiced our concerns and were asked to send photos to the shop which we did. Around a month later on 29-05-2025 an independent sofa technician arrived and confirmed that there were issues, mainly the incorrect assembly and poor padding.
