I was very disappointed with their customer services after we bought our sofas. Zero communication. We had to constantly chase them. From 3 months delivery it's gone to 5 months. We were not happy with their explanation..in hindsight we wish we shopped elsewhere!
Ruhel was great in explaining us all the details around various products ranging from sofa to dinning chairs carefully. He took the time to check our house floorplan and helped us finalise the sofa which was helpful as we forgot to get the dimensions with us.
