Great experience, we were after our first new mattress and didn't really know where to start. The salesman (unfortunately we didn't catch his name) was very very helpful and smiley, explaining the differences to us and even respected our budget rather than making us feel pressured to spend more. Delivery was free and convenient and the guys even carried it upstairs for us which we were not expecting. Thank you so much!
My wife and I were actually looking for another bed store we had visited years ago, but saw Designer Bed Co Ltd and decided to head in. I can say we were so glad we did. From the moment we went in, the service was incredible. We unfortunately didn't get the member of staffs name, but he has restored my faith in sales people. Wonderful, friendly place to buy a good quality bed at competive prices. The bed was delivered on time as promised. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Thank you to the two guys that just arrived were friendly and courteous and really helpful. They set to Work removing the old bed in its entirety and then taking the new bed upstairs unpacking everything including the mattress and then putting the bed together this is not normally a service that you get from a bad company And I am so happy with how it looks the two guys then set about removing all of the packaging so that the only thing that was left was a brand-new bed just wow, what a service.!!!
