Our furnace stopped working on a cold Sunday so we called Design Aire. Of course a Sunday service call is more expensive, but we needed heat! The service was excellent and our heat restored quickly. The service technician explained what our options were and what to do if we had a problem again.
Office staff is very accommodating and **** (HVAC tech) was very prompt, friendly and professional.
We ordered on Monday. Delivery scheduled for today, three days later. Our service tech, *****, was on time, efficient, answered our questions, discovered a fire damper issue of which we were unaware and repaired it, then installed our new control device and a bypass humidifier, and demonstrated how to operate system. Communicates digitally. We have been very pleased with all aspects of the Companys performance, especially focus on meeting customer expectations. We would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Woke up to a cold house on a Friday morning. It was the beginning of a holiday weekend. They were able to fit me in and service my furnace. It could have been a very cold three days!
