Were very pleased with Design ************** and maintenance of our heating and air conditioning systems. ***** inspected and serviced our furnace for the winter. Hes so thorough and does an awesome job!

The technician who serviced our furnace was pleasant, courteous and proficient.
This was the first time we used Design Aire, it was for our Fall furnace check. **** was on time and did a great job with our furnace maintenance. We will be using them again for our annual AC maintenance. So glad our neighbor recommended them.
From us making the call the evening of Nov 10 to the install on November 18 EVERYONE was amazing. They were closed Nov 11 in observance of Veterans Day (which made me love them even more). They took my call Friday morning, had someone there by 3pm THAT DAY. Repaired our existing furnace, Monday called me to arrange for our requested new one. IN and set back on track Thursday Nov 18. ALL said and done, professionally, friendly, efficiently, and extremely reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.
